Carmel Tote Bag

I purchased this bag and had an issue with it, which I posted about in my review. To my surprise, someone from the company contacted me because of my review, and rectified the issue. What great customer service....it's hard to find a company these days that would do that. I totally love Shorebags and their customer service is outstanding! I have six Shorebags and will definitely be back for more!!!! And I really love this bag!! Thank you

This is a really nice bag with lots of room and love the pockets on each end! My issue is that I used the bag three times. The third time when I tried to hook the strap across the top, the little peg that you hook it to broke off. Now I can't hook it shut and the leather strap just flops around as it can't hook. Feel it should have a better way of closing at this price!

I love this bag. Got it monogrammed in red. Looks great. Nice size.
