This tote was exactly what I was looking for for our beach trips. The material is great, and I love that there are holes in the bottom for drainage. Unfortunately, mine arrived with one of the grommets bent straight up instead of lying flush with the bottom.
I reached out to customer service about the issue, but the experience was disappointing. Their responses were extremely short and unhelpful. While I understand the company doesn’t typically accept returns, this item was clearly damaged. They eventually told me they would reship the item, but I never received a replacement.
I really liked the product itself and wish I had had a better customer service experience with this company.
These bags are great and perfect for a monogram! The grommets on the bottom are amazing to let all of the sand and whatnot fall right out, but without losing anything inside the bag!
I incorrectly rated this AWESOME BAG with one star, when I meant a solid 5 stars!!! For authenticity, the 3rd party review service won't allow me to revise it- I'm so sorry Shore Bags. This bag is such a good value and very unique! You'll be so happy you bought one!
